Just drink the water...I wanted to send a note to thank you for the time you spent with me to improve my flexibility. Since getting through the 4-6 weeks of pain from doing the stretching, I have not had any knee problems. I will admit it was not easy going through the suggested routine. I kept reminding myself of a saying I seen on a tee shirt; “Pain is Weakness Leaving the Body”. I feel so much better now and will keep on doing your suggestions.My dad was always reminding me of another saying: “You can lead a horse to water; but you can’t make him drink”.Thanks again,
